Q: What time should I arrive, I think all trains leave at 4.

Q: Also, what do they give you to do on the train? ie TV/ or a DVD player, something that will help make time go by?

A: Nothing like that. You can rent a DVD player pre loaded with a number of good movies at the station for modest charge. You return it at the station in Florida . I've seen a number of families do that. They do show a movie in the lounge car in the evening. I tend to bring my laptop and a couple of DVD's of my own and my ipod.


Bonus Info: You didn't say what accommodations they are considering. Sitting up in coach all night would be a bitch. Sleeper accommodations include dinner and a continental breakfast.

we booked it this morning, im looking foward to it. I never made a trip liek this, but its CHEAP. I havent taken the car on a long drive liek we are about to do, nor have i taken a train trip for more than an hour, should be interesting! LOL Im gonna be driving with my mom, i hope she won't restrict me on the highway like she normally Thanks again.
