I love my Jeep in the snow, and I have 31x10.5" BFG All-Terrains.

Default I've got 325/60 BFG's

the it's about a 30.5" tall tire, with the actual tread measuring 11, the total tire width measuring 12.5...

they're great for running on sand... but in snow, they're so wide, they pull way to easily into drifts... I need to get a set of skinnys for winter!

I was in 2wd, and a drift caught me and pulled me off the road. my brakes are also not perfect, so it locks up the rears in the snow first... that didn't help... there was about 1.5-2 inches of crap on the roads and about 6 in the drift on the shoulder

it's an 85 CJ, so she's got her issues

Mine's a '90 Cherokee Ltd with a 4" lift. I LOVE crashing that thing in the snow.
