Well everyone, the route has been pre-run and the instructions are ready. We start at Putnam Park as planned. Meet at 9am and leave by 9:20am. Jim O. will be leading Leg 1, but we'll get organized before we leave so everyone knows whats going on. Print these instructions if you want no surprises.

Note that Putnam Park is holding a 'Shroom Fest', time unknown Sunday, so watch out for people staring off into space at alien motherships. Feel free to stay and hunt for mushrooms in the woods instead.

<b>KEY:</b>
T = T intersection where the road you are on ends and you cannot go straight, only left or right
MBR = May be redundant - while there is an instruction, it might be that you can only go in the direction indicated. These instructions are really clarifications and not necessarily needed.
+ = Four way intersection
Acute = Where the road you are turning onto is more than a 90 degree angle to the road you are on.
Bear = where the road you are turning onto is less than a 90 degree angle to the road you are on.
Island = small patch of land in the middle of the road that you have to navigate around

1. East Parking Lot for Putnam Park on Rt 58 (aka Black Rock Tpke)
2. Left out of parking lot
3. Bear Right onto Rt 107 Putnam Park Rd
4. Right at T - Lonetown Rd (no sign)
5. Left onto Limekiln Rd
6. Bear Left onto Whortleberry Rd (Difficult to see road)
7. Bear Right at Island onto Gallows Hill Rd
8. Left onto Redding Rd (Rt 53)
9. Bear Right onto Umpawaug Rd (ignore road closed sign if present)
10. Right onto Marchant Rd
11. Left (MBR) onto Simpaug Tpke after going over RR bridge
12. Right onto Topstone at RR tracks (Warning: narrow uphill)
13. Right at light onto Rt 7
14. Follow Rt 7 North to `Mall Exit'
15. Left onto Park Ave (Mall is on Right)
16. Left onto Rt 7 South on ramp (Keep Right)
17. Right at T - onto Road that runs next to Danbury Porsche Audi
18. Right onto Mirybrook after Audi dealership.
19. Left into Commuter Parking Lot

8. Bear Right onto Rt 116 (aka Titicus Road)
9. Bear Left onto Rt 121 where 121 and 116 Merge
10. Bear Left onto Rt 121 where 121 and 116 split
11. Right onto Rt 35
12. Left onto Rt 22

14. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DRIVE ON DIRT Follow Rt 22 to funny looking intersection and take a left/bear left onto Girdle Ridge Road - (Instruction 15). Wait on side of road for others if we aren't already there. There is some pull off area before Caramoor entrance on right</b>

16. Girdle Ridge becomes Pea Pond Road (MBR)
17. Right onto 121
18. Left onto 137 Stone Hill Road
19. Bear Right at Intersection (124 &amp; 137)

6. First Right onto Michigan Road (No road sign)
7. Cross Rt 123 (not marked but major road)
8. Left at T - N. Wilton Road (watch for two 1 Lane Bridges!) glance right
9. Right at T - Laurel Road and follow
10. Left at Canoe Hill Road Watch - ROTARY!
11. First left - Ferris Hill Road
12. Right at T - Valley Road
13. First Left - Huckleberry Hill Road and follow
14. Left onto Rt 106 "New Canaan Rd"
15. Right at + Stop Sign - Beldin Hill Road
16. Third Left "Old Beldin Hill Road"
17. First Acute Left - Range Road (Very twisty)

20. Get into Left Lane and stay Left at Island onto Rt 33

23. Left into Cranbury Park
<b>CheckPoint 3 - Cranbury Park</b>

Wilton Diner is down the street if you get hungry or thirsty. Go straight out of the Parks parking lot. Right before the Rt 7 light, take a left into the parking lot.
