The H+Rs are easier to adjust, the Koni/Stasis usually need to be removed from the car for adjustment. Build quality is about the same between the two kits and they both have a lifetime warranty. The Konis have adjustable damping though you have to take them off the car to get at the adjustment.
I have not driven in the same type of car back to back between the Stasis and H+R kit so I don't have any opinion on the ride quality between the 2 but our customers have been very happy with both of these kits. Your best bet would be to find someone who would be willing to take you for a test drive in a car with either H+Rs or the Stasis kit and see how you like it yourself, after all yours is the only opinion that matters to you right
