Custom jewelery, any recommendations on shops in Seattle?

Custom jewelery, any recommendations on shops in Seattle?
GF wants to get a custom ring made for her sister. Smokey quartz, likely in a white gold setting. (setting dependent on price).
I've always gone to Dacel's in Bellevue for anything jewelry/watch related, but this is the GF's money, so any suggestions where quality and price are good would be appreciated.
She's probably looking to spend around $500 total. She checked all the local jewelers and couldn't find a combo of stone/setting that she liked, so wants to check out her options on the custom side.

Quality - top notch. Not sure if the price is going to work but I've had excellent experiences

Just had the lady's e-ring appraised at K Alan Smith in downtown seattle.
Nice guy. Very knowledgable. Bills itself as a "jewelry salon"... so probably pretty high end. He does all custom though...
We picked it off Google.. no prior recommendations... but was pretty good experience.
Happily his appraisal came in slightly over what I paid. !!
