Default Got hit with a ticket last night coming back from the beach...94 in a 55...
anyone have some advice for handling this situation? I've heard of continuance, but for how much I was over I'm pretty sure they aren't going to do much for me. Damn that insatnt on radar...my V1 was pointless in this situation.

If the ticket is anywhere near $200, you might as well contact Mitch Greene... How is your record?

Default Lawyer would probably be a good idea. Especially if you have a bad record.
I don't know where you live but I got a ticket here in OR for going 108 in a 55. It was my first ticket so I guess I got lucky, had to pay $550 of the $600 fine and that was it. I didn't get a lawyer for that one, however I did for my other ticket that I got in CO. That had speeding and reckless driving though with potential jail time and a lawyer helped a lot in that case...probably mostly because my lawyer knew the DA we talked to from law school.
Is the ticket just for speeding or did reckless driving get tagged on?

Ticket is $420...my record has 2 speeding tickets and a red-light photo ticket.
