Default Just got back from Quattrofest

It is NASTY out there. Anyone who missed it this year isn't missing out on much. Weather is insanely cold, windy and rainy. Yuck.

Default I got out there a bit later (1pm-ish)... it stopped raining and was starting to dry out

although the track was still pretty wet.

Default Drying but wet is my least favorite condition.

Stay safe tomorrow! I'm itching to get out but am cat-like in my aversion to wet tracks.

Default sounds crappy, although it's usually like that. One good day and one bad.

It's nice when it rains first because you really need to be smooth and controlled in it. It gets you in a good smooth driving groove for when it's drier the next day, then you can push it

Default Rain= less wear on tires & brakes. For these reasons, I don't mind it either!

Though there is nothing like the cornering g's of hot r compounds on a dry track. HOOahhh!
