Since I can't sit still for the life of me and this leg thing is keeping me on my *** so I at least had the time to finalize this since its been in the design stages for over a year.

All internal will be MDF with the exterior being birch most likely.
Ported enclosure 4.0" diameter port (length is still pending based on X-Over points)
Some high grade silver cables for the internal wiring.
Separate Binding post for each driver.
External X-Over (learned the hard way that pulling it out of the box for tweaks blows)
X-Over is still being tweaked based on available resistors/induction coils and indecisiveness about the X-Over points. Hence the external X-Over.
Didn't want to bore people so I didn't include the X-Over schematic, internal volumes, and the other calculations that went into the design.
Are there any electrical engineers around?? Have various amplifier ideas to sort out with someone who can clarify a few issues for me. =)

Combination of things
Tears in ACL MCL and PCL a few years back and getting railed by a car two weeks or so ago. Actually the main issue after the car thing has been the fluid buildup and swelling. But otherwise its fine minus a bit too much scar tissue, still biked into work today.
