So whats the best way to leave the office at the end of the day
lately on my way out people keep on pulling me into meetings and its screwing up my workout/viewing schedule 
Ive been a big fan of walking out and pretending I'm on the phone, but some people just have no manors and totally ignore that I'm "on the phone"
what else can i do other then crawl out a vent??

Um stick to your limited bankers hours.
I just leave and walk out. Hey, its almost that time to do so.
In my Outlook calendar, I book my hours I'm not in the office, book my lunches and what not. Keeps people from generally tying up your time.
