I want that pig to prove that **** in court. Any ideas from you guys? I already have a lawyer (Mitch Greene) but any input would be greatly accepted.

Get a lawyer for sure. One of my friends is battling the same situation for aggressive lane changes.
He's paying the lawyer a very reasonable fee and has a good chance of having it dismissed. Your situation may be much more difficult but don't try and fight it yourself.

Man you got caught - Pay the piper
Man,
You were in a school zone, thats about all that needs be said. I hate to say it, but if the car in front of you was going 20 MPH, the cop is going to say, well he must have seen children, thus his 20 mph and you passed him..
We have 4 schools around my area and I drive in 1st gear most of the time and it sucks, but you deal with it. Play with fire and you are going to get burned... Not that I like tickets or think anyone else should get them..

The officer in my case did the same thing....
....lie about an instance in the traffic stop. Unfortunately, the court will believe the officer over you. You will have to get a lawyer and subpeona the tape from the traffic stop. Even then you are not guranteed justice. I have often thought about carrying a tape recorder in my car for just such an occasion to avoid the swaying of words by the powers that be.
It seems as though the police have begun a policy of capitalizing ($$$$)on their inherent court bias. This is very unfortunate for those of us who get caught up in the "legal system" because it in most certainly no longer a "system of justice".
