Default All fine and dandy, BUT... put your main focus on you wife's recovery and

be very carefull in any sign off on her medical.

My wife got rear ended 10 years back, she had her head turned slightly and to this day still has pain off and on.

Yes, more than me being a pain in the neck.

Default Why would the Insurance company of the woman even try to defend her

She was obviously being a criminal and should of been dropped immediatly by the insurance company and told her to fend for herself.
