What's a fair salary for a college grad, double major with a minor?

Probably...
Something in the 40-50K range for straight out of undergrad with a business background and going into a typical mgmt/bus analyst type possition. However, if you'd had an engineering background or comp. sci and where going into a more techincal field using those educational backgrounds you'd probably bump up to the 50-60k range.

Making $50K salary out of of top 20 undergrad b-school prog is an accomplishment
For business grads, an example is starting out as a consultant at a global consulting firm like PwC, E&Y, Deloitte C, etc. They take the top grads so a lot of competition and varies depending on state of economy.
If you happen to go into investment banking well... the price goes up quite a bit but you're also likely living in a metro with ultra high living costs and working many hours a week.
There are many many more examples, but $50K is a very strong salary for someone with no real world experience (not counting internships during college) bottom line.

A couple of years under your belt in capital markets
and you can significantly increase your income by heading to london, new york or frisco. It depends if you do not mind doing that.
