Believe it or not, you can buy engine paint. Make sure you get the highest rated temp available.

Default All you need is some high temperature spraypaint
Works for me on my calipers and non-contact parts of the rotors.

Default I was going to say puncture the can and pour it into a cup to brush on....but puncturing an aerosol
is not a good idea : )
