Default about the air mass meter change.

my TT is 225hp quattro.....i have change the bigger turbo already~~~~my car is 300hp right now is that possible to use S4,r32,V5 either one of those MAF to replace my stock MAF(because stock MAF can't provide enough air flow to my engine and also damage my MAF 3 time already)???

if it is possible to change which one should i use to replace?

what is different between S4,r32,V5 MAF???

Assuming you have a bosch MAF, you can simply upgrade your housing size. S4 bosch maf housing would work, but may be too large for your needs. I guess it's hard to say, since your setup may be unique enough to require different setups. Usually, when a MAF housing is increased, it's matched with larger injectors as well, so the ECU has less trouble adapting to it. For the bosch sensor, you have a few options available, from the S4 housing, to ATP's versions(3", 3.5", more?), and VR6 maf's as well.

Default isn't the stock 225TT MAF like 76mm? so the S4 wouldn't be much of an upgrade.

I guess it would be nice to know what turbo he has and how much he wants to flow.

Default s4 housing

Not sure what your a/f looks like now? Also not sure if your running stock injectors/fuel pressure, etc. But you can move to a larger housing like S4. Your maf will meter less airflow so it could make you run lean. Depending on injectors you can then fine tune the a/f with fuel pressure.

Also running the larger housing will cause your timing to be more advanced.

Finally you can fine tune some of these parameters with lemmiwinks if you are DBW.

What turbo are you running... you can't just go swapping out maf's.

you can, but you'll have to do some tweaking on the fuel trims

Default This is what i done with my car~~~give me the suggestion please.....

my step 1 was tuning H&S 254hp chip.

step 2 was upgrade turbo running with "Mitsubish TD-04HLA",but didn't upgrade my ECU.
only used "Unichip"it is kind of additional injector controller.

my car on Dyno is 300hp 35kg torque 1.5bar

But there is problem came:
1.fault code is keeping came out[often see was Air mass flow signal too high and Turbo pressure was too large(becuase i using HKS EVC)]

2.sometime EPC light is shown out than car is stop, use VAG COM read reason is Torque was too big.

so now i trying to swap my friend's MTM 324hp ECU plug into my car to see how it work, but his car injector is different than my.
his injector was 375~400cc for K26 and my was 550cc,except swap the ECU i also want using bigger MAF into my car.

DO you guys think it will work?(swap ECU)
Please give me the advise

Right. What's already done for "300hp" would help in this MAF choice.

Default Is the MTM ecu programmed for the stock maf size?

If so that would fix your maf too high cel. Then you could use lemmiwinks to reduce your primary fuel request to offset the difference in injector size. Additionally you can lower your fuel pressure if neccessary.

Do you have a wideband?

Here is a pic of lemmiwinks and where you can download it:
