About to buy a superspint exhaust anyone has this on chipped A4 ? impressions? is it 2.5" pipe?

I installed the SuperSprint (be sure to get both the muffler and resonator...they are sold seperately if you don't specify) on my 2000 A4.
I ran with three different setups:
1. TAP Stage 1 chip
2. GIAC chip
3. K04 Turbo and GIAC chip
On all three setups the SuperSprint works great. The sound is more agressive than stock, but still very quiet. The tips are IMHO the best looking of all the exhaust systems I've seen. I ordered the rectangular tips, which are chrome plated and have the SuperSprint name engraved on the top.
The fit is excellent and both tips fit nicely up into the cutout in the molding under the bumper. It looks like that car came this way (or should have!) from the factory.
As for the diameter, I believe it is 2.25".....anyway it is the same diameter as stock. There is much debate about whether it should be larger to get more performance, but so far nobody has shown any data to prove that the HP/torque gains are any better with a larger diameter system. The one thing you do get with a larger diameter system is more noise, if that's what you prefer.
