Adjustable rear Sway Links (CPP) {Setting length}
Most folks seem to set the adjustable rear sway links to the same length as stock ones before they put them on. typucally they are going on cars with either a Sport bar, Neu bar or Hotchkis H Sport bar anyway. Typically they are being installed due to rubbing (or to prevent rubbing) on the shafts (q cars). IE - the car is lowered. I would doubt most people actually fine tune these, as its their primary design purpose, but some certainly do.
2nd part of the equation:
So, the car is already lowered, and the bar is likely adjustable for stiffness.....so why would the uplink be set to the stock length?? I dont know the answer, im facilitating some responses from others who may have some data. I cant determine if it will effect setting the alignment or prevent an optimal alignment from beign completed ? (all other CPP stuff is installed as well).
Wisdom is appreciated.
