Anyone using Big Turbo Software?

We just loaded it in and we are gettin some backfires between shifts. Is this correctable?

Could be too much or not enough fuel

and could be that you need to add more adv timing.

Are you running a race pipe or BOV in this car?

Backfires gone... the Diode was still in the system...

Its made by REVO..

I don't think its on their sight www.revotechnik.com

But, just ask your revo dealer. The software is slightly cusomized for the 1.8t its a DiPP, not a chip. It is written for specific turbo you are using. In my son's case a Garret T3-T4. Larger injectors, fuel pump, intake etc. Possibly 300+ HP.

With it, all electronics are connected including the MAF, no need to fool the ECU with a diode, etc. Its only been a day or so and my son is very pleased with the result... no CEL. And it s 600.00+

He is still having some cold start issues, but these were there b4 the BTsoftware was installed.
