Running out of breath!

Running out of breath!
Hi there, I'm new to this forum so don't tear me a new *** if I ask a stupid question 😈
I have a tt 225 track car with a stage 1 Remap ,panel filter and a Decat ,nothing else modified engine wise.
I have an issue , from a standstill or a rolling start at any speed it will hit 140mph with a gear to go but if a spank it put of a corner it straightens up and runs out of breath and won't do more than 90.
It does it on left or right corners whether it's got a full tank or not.
It doesn't splutter, just looses power.
Under normal driving conditions it is spot on and very reliable.
Anyone got any ideas to throw at me??
Cheers
Liam 😊

Doubt if it is electrical, but could be a fuel pump or fuel filter issue.
I know this is a stretch but a a partially clogged fuel filter is like someone with kidney stones. The stone is OK until it moves, as in a moving all the fuel in the filter during a turn and then it gets lodged passing to the intake or bladder, I guess.
There, told you it was a stretch. :-)

Surely it would splutter or pink if it were fuel , which it doesn't? ?
I've been doing a bit of digging and I think it may be connected to the lateral speed sensor and connected to the esp button.
I didn't realise that there are two settings for turning the esp off.
I always turn it off for track days but not on the road .
I am doing a charity track day at Rockingham this Sunday so I shall leave the esp on and see what happens and then I will turn it off and then I will try it with the esp and efl (which I didn't know about till 11 pm last night) off.
apparently pressing the esp once only turns it off but it still runs in the background as a failsafe but if you keep your finger on the button longer then another light (efl) shows on the dashboard as well as the esp and it's totally disabled.
I will follow this up on Sunday if the problem is cured.
Cheers for your input 😊

Well its not that as a second light didn't come on the dashboard and I tested going round an island a couple of times then flooring it up to a very high speed with the esp on and off and it didn't do it , UNTIL it reached an engine temp of 90.
The plot thickens!
