Default Bilstien adjustable shocks question

I was looking at the Neuspeed Sport springs coupled with the Bilstien adjustable shocks.

Here is my question:

How adjustable are the shocks? In other words, is it inch increments or micro adjustable? The reason I ask is that I was thinking that adjustable perches could be used like coilovers to make sure that all four corners are the same distance off the ground (obviously appearence is a big concern of mine).

If the perches won't help from that stand point, I'd probably just get the plain Bilstien's and save some money.

thanks

Default Front steps about 1/2" increments, Rear about 1/4" toward the bottom

Not really useful to to corner loading. I guess you could compensate some for uneven springs...
