I installed them on my Stage 2 B5 1.8T and put about 400 miles on them. They are too cold of a plug for this application IMO. Low end torque suffered. I pulled them last night and there is some carbon build up but nothing that a good run in a higher boosting car won't burn off quickly.

These are Bosch Silver Racing plugs (the 'C' references the standard 3/4" reach while the 'S' references silver). The Bosch technician I spoke to confirmed that they are designed and distributed by their Racing division and not available through their retail distribution system. They are the coldest plugs that Bosch makes. Heat range is 2! OEM Bosch for my car is heat range 7!

I believe these would be good for K04 or Stage 3 applications.

I paid/wasted $56 ($14/plug) last month. Any ideas on how to recoup some of this. Is there a market for barely used plugs?

i got 12 plugs here new...4 bosch F7LTCR which came with k04, and 8 NGK BKR6E-11 which i bought before i got the k04.
i dont need anymore plugs

what are you going to put in now...
