Default No. I just run with the Turbo5 intake. I did some bracket racing this weekend at Carlsbad.

(added) Where do you live Nick. I should have my new clutch in next weekend. If you live in the SoCal area we could always do some testing. I dont have a lap top to run my vag com and Juan has my vag cable at his house.

Default Sounds fair. Somebody here must have/had a CAI and put the stock AB back on; at least to test for

any differences in the power +/-, etc.

With the CAI, rev matching is easier due to the fact that it's an open element unit and there are no 'restrictions' (i.e..stock box's spring loaded door does not assist rev matching; stock FW is heavy enough) and the car felt faster. That is the plus for the CAI. At high rprms and momentum the stock box is good since there is a funneled path of airflow while the CAI may perhaps need more air. Who the hell knows not me. This is all in reference to the butt dyno. Those of you that had/have the CAI and put the stock box on speak up. Who has hands on experience with this powerflow brand CAI kit and stock box and has toggled with both units? It's hard to believe I'm that I only one who has removed-replaced-removed-replaced airboxes here..

thanks!
