Cylinder 3 misfire

Cylinder 3 misfire
99.5 A4 1.8 tip
just replaced the ignition control module and spark plugs. Vag is showing misfire on cylinder 3. I've switched the plugs and coils between all cylinders several times and vag shows misfire on 3 each time.
What could the problem be if it's not the plugs, coils or control module?
