Default EFK fan delete belt size for underdrive pulley... (1.8T )

Sup fellas,

finally got around to it, and figured out the right belt size for a custom EFK setup and deleting the stock belt fan and pulley.

I am using an Unorthodox underdrive crank pulley, and the GATES K050460 belt fits perfectly.

If you have a stock size crank pulley, I believe the belt size to delete the fan pulley is GATES K050470. (might want to 2x check)

Now without the fan pulley, a thicker electric fan can be used. (I used a SPAL medium thick(2.5"), 14" fan). If you go as far as pressing out the old fan pulley bearing, you can shed a tad more weight, and go with a thicker fan (3"?) which flow even more CFM.

For fan control, dont wire it to your A/C fan. Personally, I used a digital SPAL fan controller and programed it the temp for the 2 speeds. It will go full blast w/ the A/C on too.
I had a HKS fan controller before, but its too complex for me. The Spal unit is so simple, and waterproof.

Hope this helps~
