emissions?

emissions?
If I have a miltek exhaust and a APR stage three kit (comes with chip, high flow cat, manifold, garret turbo charger, and high flow fuel injectors), will I fail my emissions?

you're good if you're running stock ECU, an O2 sensor of some sort, and the light isn't on.
by stock ECU, i mean an Audi ECU even if it's been chipped. in that case the car will still be running closed loop off the O2 sensor and keeping emissions in line. if you are out of spec, it'll turn the light on for you anyway. the beauty of not going too insane with your mods... emissions control still works fine.
only problem is if your state has a WOT test on a 4 wheel dyno, at which point you are running pretty rich i bet. the Massachusetts test *i think* is part throttle on the dyno. nice thing is: idiot bureaucrats here that wrote the rules didn't even think/know about AWD cars until after the published all the rules, and all the garages said "how the F are we going to do this for AWD cars/trucks/SUVs when you tell us to buy 2WD dynos?". so we just have to pass a 2-speed idle test (as long as you don't drive into a place that happens to have a 4wd dyno). ends up being a bonus for us actually...
i still stand around though while they do it so some knucklehead tester doesn't try to put my car on a 2WD dyno and send it through the shop wall.
