Help!!! Installing a S4 6 speed in an A4( 1.8t )
this is the first part of the conversion.
Set up a new subframe, new arms ( upper and lower ) new uprights, new suspension.
Its all bolted up and ready to be swaped in to the A4.
One question is which fly wheel to use? which clutch? which pressure plate?
the S4 Flywheel has 8 bolts the A4 6. I doubt they will fit?
do i still use the spacers?
Also have the s4 front and rear brakes + master cylinder and rear diff.
all ready to go in, help me figure out the transmision install.
the next stage is finishing the spare 1.8t block, and going with a 2 litter conversion.

I don't think so. You want the 1.8t flywheel and clutch/pressure plate for a 1.8t. The tranny
doesn't determine the wheel .. the engine does. Since you are swapping the subframe the 6 speed will bolt in using the S4 tranny mounts.
