How significant is a 10-15F increase in oil temp?

How significant is a 10-15F increase in oil temp?
Before chipping (2.7T) my oil temp was always at 225F, regardless of how I was driving. Now it's there most of the time but after staying on the boost (on and off) for a couple of minutes it will climb to 235-240F.

That seems to be Normal for a chipped S4.
My friend Joel's S4 was reading 265 or so after some road race laps with his APR chip. That seems to be normal on a chipped S4.
