Ok need serious help with this Vacuum leak. I have on 17 hg at vacuum when normally I have 19hg. My idle trims are lean. I pressure tested my system to 20 psi and there are no pressure leaks?
I also installed new brake booster valve because it was leaking. But no leaks now @20psi. So how can there be a vacuum leak?

Wow You may have something here...
I do have my pcv valve vented to the atmosphere with a pcv still in there. Do you think the pcv is bad. You can blow thru either way but I thought that was normal. Did you lose vacuum when you had this problem?
Thanks

sure it's possible the PCV is bad
Did you start getting this code when you installed the catch can? I don't have my PCV anymore to test, but you should only be able to blow through it one way. A way to test the theory, abbeit not ideal. Plumb the catch can to the inlet instead of to atmosphere and see if the code goes away. I just ordered an "aftermarket" spring loaded PCV from MsMaster for $9.
