The only thing is I got the 475cc injectors file from them but I'm going
to email them and see if they will change to the 550 file, then I will get some 550 injectors. I am going to try a new maf before I do anything else though.

Define "S4 MAF Housing"?
is it a 3" housing that you put your stock MAF element into, or did you just put in the whole S4 MAF, element and all, and plug it in?
If you did the latter, then the S4 MAF element will have a different transfer function than your stock element, and will totally mess up your chip.
MAF sensor voltage when idling should be low, right around 1V or so, make sure you didn't put it in backwards.

Oh good point, S4 maf housing with my element inside it.
I'm still looking for a vr6 maf as thats what my ecu is programmed for, but wouldn't that make my maf reading even higher?
BTW thanks for the great article on installing the fuel pump, I'll be using it this weekend to install my Walbro. Anything else I should look out for? Thanks!
