I want to run my GTI higher this winter so I can pass everywhere not worrying getting stuck everywhere. I have neuspeed sport right now and it's not even close to what I want for the winter. I could get stock 1997 A4 springs for real cheap. My question is, will Audi A4 springs fit my 1997 VW GTI? I know it's gonna be high, that's my goal. But I want to know if it fits at first.

Default Completely different chassis, I would bet not. VW does have an off road heavy duty suspension . . .

for the Golf platforms that they sell in Europe for those that live in the Alps and other high altitude locals with non-pathed roads. European eBay may prove a good source for such shocks and springs.
