NOOB Question, What does DBW stand for? Is it Drive By Wire?

Default I thought it meant Don't Be Weird!
Anyway, it's kinda confusing, since the "non-DBW" cars use a cable, which is pretty much like a wire, so they're drive by wire too.

Default I've moved on for some time...
1996 - BS from the School of Technology

My mother-in-law still works at Purdue tho'.

I may be up in W.L. the weekend of 5/8. My wife is going up, not sure if I will be able to make it. I'm starting a new job next week and will be in Louisville for training. I may even drive up seperately if I have my new A4 by then.
