reprogram ECU codes (Please help verify)
Need help in confirming my coding:16751. There seems to be conflicting info on AW posts. My car is a 2001 (not .5) A4 1.8TQ Auto/Tiptronic ESP.
Current Data:
Chassis Type: 8D - B5 Audi A4
Address 01
Controller: 4B0 906 018 CH
Component: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0001
Coding: 16751
Shop #: WSC 06435
16 = USA - Country Emissions? Some AW posts indicate 06 instead
7 = ?? What is this ??
5 = Auto/Tip
1 = A4
I have a separate APR chip/CH box that I need to recode and install in my car. I need to confirm that 16751 is the code I need to recode this APRchip/ECU CH box.

The 06 is the country code for a different engine/model year.
AWM is 16 for USA/NorthAmerica country code/exhaust. The next digit (third place holder)is 0 for Front wheel drive with ABS, 2 for All wheel drive with ABS, 5 for Front Wheel Drive (FWD) with ASR/ESP or 7 for All Wheel Drive (AWD) with Electronic Stability Program (ESP). The fourth place holder is for transmission 0 for the 5 speed or 5 for the auto. The last place holder is for the model, 1 for A4.
