I have Vortrag's Coil-over suspension on my A4. It seems that one of my shocks has become defective. They have a warranty, but can anyone give me some info on what to do? Vortrag's website is down and their phone is disconnected. Any help would be appreciated. The shocks themselves are Koni's made for Vortrag. Would Koni cover them?
