With todays fuel-economy standards....
I would think if the automotive manufacturers could increase gas mileage just by adding a few ground wires, they would have done it a long time ago.

If you want an extra ground, go to Pep boys and buy a stock copper battery cable for $2.99 and do it yourself.
While what they say in the ad is true, it is irrelevant. You should have an adequate copper ground in place on your car as it is.

Extra grounding cables are good,
But everywhere you look they are overpriced. Go to $hit $hack and buy a dozen 4-8 gauge spade connectors and some 4-8 gauge wire. Make your own, it's cheaper, and it's so easy that a drunken monkey on crack could do it. The best places to "ground" are found by extending the negative terminal of the battery to the case of the ECU, alternator bracket, and maybe the exhaust system near the oxygen sensor if a 3 wire is used.
