Default The best place is usually the collector area.....

if possible, I'd put it in the manifold where the turbo mounts to, in the middle of the 3 bolts.

Default Not sure I understand what you mean...

In the middle of the 3 bolts? I do think mounting it as close to the turbo is good, as that's where the heat is really going to be the highest. Ideally I would be able to mount it in the turbo, but the general consensus seems to be not to drill into the turbo at all.
