I have a 2012 Audi q5 and the condenser/radiator fans don't come on when the ac is turned they only come on when engine gets up to temp.It started doing this a couple days ago. Could this be a sensor issue or what?

What do mean by "ac on"?
1) If low on R134a refrigerant, turning on AC will not let the ac compressor start if pressure is too low, so no cold air.
2) If AC blows cold but fans not running, that is a different problem, scan required.

AC is on and compressor is on but condenser /radiator fans not coming on so it blows hot and has high pressure since fans are not coming on but when motor gets to operating temp fans come on and ac blows cold and pressure drops to normal so i think this tells me compressor is good and refrigerant is good
so could the wire that tells the condenser/radiator fan to come on when the ac compressor is on may be broken or something else
