Audi Q5 Rear Bumper Lights, Always Work
Hi,
I know rear bumper light only work when the trunk is open but is there a VCDS code or component that make it work always?

I believe that the OP wants the bumper section tail lights and brakes lights to operational the same time as when the upper tail lights and brake lights are operating.
The bumper light section is only operational when the hatchback is open. I don't know of any VCDS settings that will give what the OP is looking for.
