Default Doors Not locking with handles

Hello guys my 2013 Q5 3.0t doors are not locking with any of the door handles. But when I press the key fob it locks and folds mirrors. I first noticed this happening today when I went to lock the doors from the passenger side door. Much help appreciated.

Are your hands really dry? Need a little moisture to make conductive contact.

Try a fresh battery in your key fob. Since you have a 2013, it's about time for a new one.

It was working before? If I'm understanding you you have keyless entry and start button?
I have this problem if car key have bad battery or the car was sitting for long time of period and the battery in car is not fully charged.

Or sometimes this happened if there is any trouble code to any door touch sensors...

If main car battery is low, one of the first things cut by the power management system is the keyless lock/unlock. When you see it on multiple doors, it basically tells you it is not a door handle issue, which was more commonly a problem on some earlier Audi models. Instead, either too much discharge on main battery or it is starting to head south. This assumes remote fob battery is in order. Look for the red LED on fob to tell you that--or dash warnings to change it.

"not locking "
OP said they are not locking--nothing about unlocking.
Presumably if the OP is trying to LOCK the doors, by touching the outside of the handle, they have just gotten out of the car and that would normally mean a fully charged battery. The battery would have to be incredibly low for the power management system to be shutting down the physical door locks right after you turned off the car!
Sounds like it needs to have the computer read for trouble codes, and then the circuitry for the handles checked.
