CAN I GET THE MIRRORS TO FOLD WHEN I LOCK MY CAR? ITS A 2018 Q5 SPORT

If you have the power folding mirrors, yes you can configure the folding on locking in the MMI Car menu.

And your mirror switch need to be in a certain position.

Only when you wish to manually retract when the vehicle is not moving.
