Default NO: Audi q5 2.0 tdi alternator overcharging 15.1v

hi is struggling a lot with my audi Q5 and is dependent on the car, struggling with the alternator charging too high voltage about 15.1v on B +. I have performed scanner test with icarsoft but see no error. when the car is stationary without ignition on, I measure 12.55v on B + at alternator. as soon as I start the car I measure 15.1v on B +. I have replaced the battery with a 110ah original and replaced the alternator with a used one from a car wrecker. reads the same values with old and new dynamo. could it be wiring problem? if I disconnect the battery and measure between the battery of the tv22 box, I have 0.3 ohms. further from tv22 box to B + I have 90 ohms. does not reach the starter without disassembling the engine mount. can anybody help me ? when the battery voltage drops, the warning light comes on

15.1V is ok per Audi..................

Alternator test

Audi The following tests are necessary for diagnosis of the regulator:

– Rated voltage
– Undervoltage
– Overvoltage

Voltages are ideally measured directly at the alternator connected to B+. If it is not possible to gain access to
the measuring point, the voltage can also be measured at the slave start connectors.

Rated voltage
The alternator regulator must supply at least 14.3 V.

Undervoltage
The alternator voltage should not be less than 13 V. 13 V are still allowable at low speed and when electrical
consumers are active.

Overvoltage
The alternator voltage must not exceed 15.5 V at high speed and when few electrical consumers are active.

Me....

What voltage do you get when at idle, lights on, blower motor on high, rear defroster on, heated seats on.
