Default SIM not working after installing new MMI 3G+ and removing component protection

Hi all, I purchased a relatively new Control Module for my 2014 Q5, had component protection removed by the dealer. All works, except for the SIM. I cannot get the screen that shows APN. It's like the module doesn't exist, yet, I know it does because it's the same exact model control module that was in there, WITH the 2 SD slots and SIM card slot. I have an active SIM, albeit for my other IMEI, and I just cannot find the IMEI number for this new control module.

I re-enabled a lot of my old settings in VCDS and who knows what was enabled prior to me receiving the module. Is there something that needs to be checked either in the Green Menu/VCDS, both to enable the data module?

Thanks all. This has been driving me nuts. If you need a VCDS log, let me know. I'm just hoping someone has seen this before.

Brian
