Default SQ5 - CEL P0172 - Anyone have this issue?

Pulling into my driveway last night I got a CEL. I checked with my code reader and it's saying P0172 - System Too Rich (Bank 1). Has anyone else experienced this issue on an SQ5? I'm not experiencing any performance issues yet but it's a persistent code. Banks 1 and 2 looked the same when I pulled up the data. My car is a 2016 so it's still under warranty but checking online the dealer doesn't have a loner for another two weeks. I have around 38,000 miles on the car. I bought a new air filter this morning just in case that's why it's not getting enough O2 but I doubt it at the current mileage. I would guess something broke due to the -15°F temperatures we've experiencing around here this week. Any troubleshooting ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Could be too many things. Definitely won't be the air filter though.
MAP sensor
O2 sensor
Fuel pressure
Coolant or air temp sensor
Thermostat
Fuel injectors

Yes, but I have seen loose fuel caps throw other codes. Very cheap try...……...

I ran an O2 sensor test (passed), checked my cat temperature (500C on both banks) and reset the CEL last night before driving home. I haven't had it come back on yet. Since it was only showing one bank and no other codes, I have to believe the O2 sensor got thrown off due to the extreme cold. If it comes back on I will be dropping it off to the dealer on Tuesday for them to replace.

CEL still hasn't returned after about 50 miles. Going to consider it an electrical fluke due to the weather.
