My 2013 Q5 with the panoramic sunroof has really started to vibrate when opening and closing. I used white lithium grease on what I thought were the contact surfaces and it didn't improve it. I read on the forum that the below lubrication is what Audi specifies but are there any procedures? Any help would be appreciated

That is the special krytox grease used just for the for the seals. The grease for the tracks I believe is G 060 751 A2. There are also special cleaning and lubricating tools and procedures which may help your case.
