2019 SQ5 order placed - with pricing
Thought others may find this useful. Placed my order this past week and was mildly surprised when the dealership said the had 'as built' pricing. I was a bit shocked when I saw the MSRP was a couple grand more than I was expecting so I did an equivalent build for 2018 and found the delta to be ~$2k. Now there might be some options that are included standard, or in the PP in 2019 that weren't in 2018 that would explain some of the difference, but a $2K difference, potentially just because of the new tariffs, is seriously making me think about finding a 2018 and just blacking out the trim myself. I actually need the car before the end of Jan, so that's likely to weigh on my decision also. I'm likely to find a better deal on a 2018 anyway :|

you are right - unless you were hoping to order a '19 P+ without the Nav package (includes virtual cockpit), don't feel too bad about your cost being roughly $2k more. the nav pkg is now included with the '19's, but is a $2600 add-on for the '18's. also, from your build list that ronsal quoted, it looks like the fine nappa went down $250.

My equivalent build did include the nav package. I think nappa leather went down 250 because of the standard inclusion of the 'leatherette covered center console and armrests' in PP.
From what I can tell, the differences between the 2018 PP and 2019 PP are:
* parking system plus (which I forgot to include in my original calc, don't know how much that is worth)
* the above inclusion of leatherette covered center console and armrests
* Nav system
The only difference I couldn't account for in the 2018 build is the parking system plus, which I can't believe is worth 2k, so I'm still left wondering. Though as I whittle this down, I'll probably find some extras to account for some more of the difference.

Only other differences i see are the new "phone box" and standard all weather mats if you get the cold weather package which the OP doesn't list.
