Just picked up the Q5 for my wife a few weeks ago. Couple questions:

1. Seems I am constantly getting a "It is currently not possible to connect to the server. Please try again later" message when attempting to connect. Is this a constant issue with Audi Connect in general, or just in Canada, or maybe just my car?

2. What's the point of Audi Connect in Canada? Seems we don't get traffic reports here.

Lastly, and unrelated, is there an Audi Q5 Android Auto 101 somewhere? For the life of me I can't get Waze to work (half the time just a white screen), and when I do, no idea how to enter an address? Same goes for Google Maps, sometimes I can say "okay google" and enter an address, other times it doesn't work.

On a new car, your dealer/salesman should walk you through an assist in getting every available feature working properly.

Wires

You will never get that to work as that is part of the Audi Infotainment package that isn't offered in Canada. All you get are those silly fleet management items in Audi Connect (all the stuff you see when you are in the vehicle).

If you can log on to the web portal (or your phone), and see the car, mileage, fuel level, then Audi Connect is working, and that's the extent of the services offered to us.
