Default Day 1 questions

Hi All
Got P+ today did 100 miles.
Is there a trick to removing the back seat head rests?
What does everyone use to clean the dashboard/doors?
Music on the SD cards, can you organize into folders? Playlists? So you can play by genre/theme..

Thanks all, I will probably have more!

I can help with the headrests. On the arm toward the drivers side press the release lever to raise the headrest a notch, then insert a small screw driver in the opposite side to release that arm. Now it's a little tricky-while holding both releases slide the headrest out. You need to tilt the seat to get them off. It would be easier to have your wife lifting while you push the releases but I did mine without help.
The system will read music on thumb drives and sees the playlists but won't play from them. While my GM truck reads them and plays them fine. I assume the SD card will be the same so there's probably a file format that it will read. I've been using my phone (Bluetooth connect) but I'm not sure it reads those playlists or just picks up where I was. That's with Google Play music. Connected Android Auto playlists are accessible from the menu. I haven't tried the iPod but there are owners reporting that Audi doesn't support iPod, 2018 MY. Hope someone chimes in, I hate to actually have to read the manual, ha ha! I think you can actually copy music to your vehicle.
Lots of choices but definitely a learning curve.

Well I'm stumped. My USB thumb drive playlists are formatted M3U that the manual said iAudi supports. It will play any song I select individually. All the playlists are there and the music in that playlist in the right order-but when I select play I get the message that the track is unplayable.
I see that you use "Jukebox" to store songs on your Q. It would be handy to move music there since there are only 2 USB ports. I did add a flush mount 2 Port USB charger in the 12 volt cigarette lighter hole so that I can charge various devices without using one of the 2 USB's in the console.

Very Odd! So when the car is locked up, the Fuel Filler door doesn't lock?

For my 2010 Q5 it does.

I bet you tried it when the doors were unlocked. Try it after locking the car and I bet you will find that the fuel door is locked.

It locks. Also copy paste music from iTunes to SD card. Can then play music by title artist album genre
