For anyone interested in a physical replacement, there is a Genuine Trim Replacement compatible with the B9.5 Q5/SQ5 models, that is a complete drop in solution, with a matte finish.

Requesting svg
Hi everyone, new to the forum. My wife got a ‘23 Q5 S-Line in Chronos Grey last spring and I’ve been looking for a solution for the piano black around the shifter. It would be amazing if someone could email the svg file to me. Thanks in advance!

I don't have the SVG file, but my detailer did have a template for it, FYI. I just had them do it in gloss XPel. It looks great, especially next to the carbon fiber piece that partially surrounds it on my SQ5.
