The latest North America map updates are available for download for MyAudi, not sure about OTA updates. Digital road map North America ( Mexico, Canada, USA ) Version 2018/2019

Login to MyAudi
Select Vehicle (if required)
Click "Audi Connect Services" from icon below car image near the top
Under Services Option, hit the right scroll buttton till you see "Map Update"
Click on "Map Update"
Select package and then click Prepare Package

This will download the Java downloader (jnlp file)

For Windows 10, I had to download and install java from https://www.java.com/en/

The open the .jlnp file and download the Map files

Copy the two folders and two files downloaded to the top level of SD Card formatted MS-DOS (FAT)

Insert SD card in slot in glove box (either one)

In the MMI:

• Menu button
• Settings
• Left button
• System Update
• SD Card 1/2
• Start Update
• System Update again to see progress

** NOTE: These are Windows specific steps. The update procedure on the MMI may take up to two hours, depending on which map update is selected. The update is interrupted if the engine is switched off, for example, but automatically resumes at the same point when the vehicle is restarted
