MyAudi App Launching
Hello Everyone!
Is there a way to stop the myAudi app from launching automatically? It bumps me off of anything I’m using on my phone when I enter/start my vehicle. It also auto launches when CarPlay is connected, and when I use the USB to charge my phone…I prefer this to the charging pad to avoid the heating issue. I’ve tried turning off WiFi, but it it still opens up. I don’t use the app while in my vehicle (I don’t know of a reason to), and it is extremely annoying. I also don’t like that it takes control of my phone. This is my 3rd Q5, and I’ve never had this issue. I’m to the point of just deleting the app. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Go to that app on your list of apps in settings. Turn off Bluetooth access for that app. That should stop the auto access.
Also for charging use another USB port that is power only and not the one used for Infotainment access.

I'd love a solution to this. Once the myAudi app was open when I stuck my phone into my pocket and I canceled my key user agreement!
Sadly there isn't any Bluetooth access to disable in iPhone Settings.
