Our ordered Q5 is due in next week. When we placed the order, we negotiated a price of 6% off MSRP plus "any available Audi Owner Loyalty discount". However, I'm having trouble telling if owner loyalty is available currently on this model. Some local dealer sites mention one of $500, specifically on the '18 Q5 (mine doesn't). Audi USA doesn't mention it (unless I'm missing it). Can anyone confirm? Is this on a dealer-by-dealer basis, or is this offered through Audi USA?

The amount depends on how you're acquiring the vehicle

I saw on some sites it was $500 for your own financing, and $750 if you finance through Audi Financial. Is this what you mean by "how you're acquiring it"? Or do you mean something like ordered vs bought off the lot?

$500 if you use an outside bank, $750 if you go through (lease or finance) AFS. That is the current program through July 31. It is subject to change every month.

Ordering one from the factory: Any good dealer will automatically grant you all applicable factory incentives offered at time of delivery without even having to ask, but, specify it in your buyers order
