What RSE (rear seat entertainment) unit is this?

Hi folks,

I'm trying to determine what kind of RSE (rear seat entertainment) this is and if anyone here can determine what the power adapter in the middle is designed for? It doesn't appear to the be the standard Audi RSE: 4G0051700B.

Any help would be appreciated it. TIA

That is an ipad first gen? connector. It looks like a RSE ipad holder to me but wrapped in full leather is definitely unusual

I can't see that being a ipad connector, I mean yes it looks like it. But the orientation is all wrong and that USB port... I'm guessing it's fairly custom perhaps from a car shop. Quick googling around didn't reveal any similar looking things. Would sure love to know though, my kids are at the age it would help.
